Refund policy
We only accept returns if your product is damaged during delivery. We will send you a replacement. Unfortunately, we cannot send you a refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then send you your new tracking details.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us on care@cannacalm.in
SUBJECT: ORDER NUMBER
ISSUE: Please state what the problem is and support it with photographs.
Our customer care team will get in touch with you within 48 hours. Once the issue has been taken into consideration and approved for return, you will receive an email with a RETURN LABEL please keep your package ready for pick up.
